TERMS OF USE.
By downloading or using MogCard, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old to use MogCard. If you are under the age of legal majority where you live, use the app only with a parent or guardian's permission.
2. Entertainment and informational use
MogCard provides an appearance-focused rating and personalized self-presentation suggestions for entertainment and informational purposes. Scores are subjective estimates and may vary with photo quality, angle, expression, lighting, grooming, and presentation.
3. Not medical advice
MogCard does not provide medical diagnosis, treatment, or professional cosmetic advice. Consult qualified medical, dental, dermatological, or mental-health professionals before making treatment decisions.
4. In-app purchase
The Complete MogCard Report is offered as a non-consumable in-app purchase through Apple. Purchase handling, refunds, and billing are governed by Apple's Media Services terms and App Store policies. Restore Purchase is available for eligible purchases associated with the same Apple Account.
5. Acceptable use
Use only photos you have the right and permission to use. Do not use MogCard to harass, shame, impersonate, or evaluate another person without their consent, or for employment, housing, credit, insurance, education, or other high-impact decisions.
6. No guarantee
We do not guarantee a particular score, outcome, improvement, or uninterrupted availability. To the maximum extent permitted by law, MogCard is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind.
7. Intellectual property
MogCard, its branding, app design, text, and software are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. These terms do not grant permission to copy, resell, or reverse engineer the service except where the law expressly permits it.
