PRIVACY POLICY.
MogCard is private by default. This policy explains what happens to your information when you use the MogCard iPhone app and website.
1. Face photos and analysis
Photos selected or captured in MogCard are processed on your device to produce your appearance assessment. MogCard does not upload those photos to our servers, create a public profile, or automatically publish your photo or rating.
2. Information we collect
The current version of MogCard does not require an account and does not collect personal information, face photos, advertising identifiers, or analytics data on developer-controlled servers. Local app preferences and report state may remain on your device.
3. Purchases
In-app purchases are processed by Apple through StoreKit. We do not receive or store your payment card information. Apple may process purchase and device information under Apple's own privacy policy.
4. Camera and photo library access
Camera and photo library permissions are used only when you choose to capture, select, or save MogCard content. You can change these permissions at any time in iPhone Settings.
5. Children
MogCard is intended for people age 13 and older. The app does not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
6. Data retention and deletion
Because MogCard does not maintain a user account or upload face photos to our servers, there is no cloud account or face-photo record for us to delete. Removing the app deletes its locally stored app data, subject to normal iOS and backup behavior.
7. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy as MogCard changes. The effective date at the top of this page will identify the latest version.
